Experience: 1+ to Max 7 Years

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai with max 7 Years of experience. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying client needs, building relationships, and achieving targeted revenue goals. This includes driving business growth through prospecting, segmentation, and managing sales cycles. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales objectives with organizational goals and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Own the full B2B enterprise sales cycle — from lead qualification and discovery through demo, negotiation, and closure.
  •  GTM strategy execution for new verticals
  • Candidate from B2B Enterprise SAAS Product Sales background Only. Good Knowledge in Third Party Risk, GRC or Cybersecurity Space.
  • Manage End to End Cold calling. Experience in Apollo/Lusha prospecting & CRM pipeline management
  • Client demo delivery, offer negotiation & contracting.
  • Engage with CISOs, CROs, CCOs, Company Secretaries, and Legal/Compliance heads at mid-large enterprises.
  • Strong Client Relationship Management and Negotiation expertise
  • Experience with CRM Tools, Sales Analytics, and Reporting.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the TPRM, Cybersecurity, fintech, or AI product- based company is a plus
