Job Description

Company Profile : Sports Supplement products (Protein Powder & Vitamins)

Position : Sales Manager – Sports Nutrition

Job Location : Mira Road (Mumbai)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and expansion of Sports Nutrition products (Protein Powders, Vitamins & Supplements) across India.

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targe ts.

• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors across key markets in India.

• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, modern trade, e-commerce, and other sales channels.

• Drive business growth through effective market development and channel expansion initiatives.

• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support new product launches and promotional activities.

• Travel extensively to develop markets and support distributor growth.

Desired Profile

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Sports Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements, FMCG, Pharma OTC, or Wellness products.

• Proven experience handling a Pan-India sales portfolio.

• Strong network of distributors and channel partners across India.

• Demonstrated ability to appoint distributors and successfully launch new products in the market.

• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results.

• Mumbai-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Mumbai preferred.

Compensation: Rs. 7-8 LPA (depending on experience)

Travel: All actual travel expenses reimbursed.
