Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Thane location. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop client relationships, and manage sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and leading sales presentations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Sales Analytics tools

  • Familiarity with high-end luxury and commercial projects is a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
