Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in New Delhi. As a Sales Manager, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and implementing strategic sales plans tailored for the AI video surveillance and security solutions industry. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial prospecting to closing, collaborating with the marketing team, and providing market feedback to refine offerings. Additionally, you will oversee customer satisfaction, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and sales strategy development.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with security systems, AI-powered solutions, or video surveillance technologies is an advantage.
  • Market Research: Strong capability in identifying market trends, analyzing competitors, and targeting potential customers.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies to meet sales targets and company objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic familiarity with sales-related digital platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields is required; an MBA is a plus.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
