Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role within the PSF (Personalized Sales Force) channel for life insurance, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will oversee sales team performance, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, mentor and train team members, and build strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing sales data, identifying market opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
