Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The Franchise Sales Manager will be tasked with driving franchise growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing the entire franchise sales process. Responsibilities include lead generation, building strong communication with potential franchisees, overseeing business planning, and working in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and support for franchise partners.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising
  • Strong Business Planning skills with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies
  • Effective Communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in Lead Generation and building a robust pipeline of potential franchise partners
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
