Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, build relationships with K-12 schools, and identify growth opportunities for the platform. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and supporting customer acquisition efforts. The role requires a proactive approach to enhance penetration in assigned areas, ensuring the company's mission aligns with partner schools objectives.

Qualifications

  • Field sales experience , Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Market analysis and strategic planning abilities
  • Proficiency in tools like CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
