Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying potential clients, creating detailed presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction post-sale. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, monitor team performance, and provide mentorship to meet organizational objectives and uphold the company's standards.

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, client acquisition, and lead generation
  • Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
  • Team leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and devise effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in business administration or a related field
