Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role where you will support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating the sales team, developing strategies to drive sales growth, conducting market research, and establishing rapport with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve supervising sales operations, assisting in negotiations, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Proven capabilities in customer service, client relationship management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and market research techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to organize sales efforts and lead a team effectively
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or land development is advantageous
