Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include leading and managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining excellent relationships with clients, analyzing sales data, and preparing reports. The role also involves achieving sales targets and collaborating with other teams to improve customer satisfaction and expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Expertise in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Forecasting
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Presentation skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in a technology or manufacturing domain is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
