Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Sales Manager - HVAC to drive business growth within the HVAC division. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and managing key customer relationships across India.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the HVAC industry, established relationships with consultants and contractors, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and project-based selling. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with consistent achievement of sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy Development
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability of the HVAC product portfolio.

  2. Business Development
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors to expand the customer base.

  3. Customer Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
    Prepare sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

  5. Market Analysis
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to ensure competitive positioning and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings and market requirements.

  7. Contract Negotiation
    Lead negotiations with large and strategic customers, ensuring commercially favorable terms while maintaining long-term partnerships.

  8. Budget Management
    Oversee sales budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
