Sales Manager

Salary: 5-8 LPA

Location: Pan India

Note: We are exclusively considering candidates with payment gateway or payment aggregator experience.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving growth in the digital payments sector, focusing on UPI, credit card/debit card payment solutions, and international payment acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our UPI, credit card, debit card, and international payment solutions
  • Lead PA & PG merchant acquisition initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the fintech ecosystem
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients across various payment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants across all payment methods
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in UPI, credit/debit card, and international payment-acquiring landscapes
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in fintech, payments, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of UPI, credit/debit cards, international payments, and the broader fintech ecosystem in India
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with payment gateways, payment aggregators, or other fintech products
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for payment aggregators in India, especially in credit card/debit card and international payments
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of payment integrations across UPI, credit/debit cards, and international payments
