Email process(Chandivali location)
Min 1 yr experience of customer service in Escalation email handling in Banking ( Credit card, home loan, credit related compliants)
Shift time
Male - 8am to 11pm(any 10hrs)
Female 8am to 8pm(any 10hrs)
5 days working, 2 rotational week offs

Qualification
Graduation is mandatory
Salary
12M to 24M: 23k in hand
25M to 36M : 25k in hand
37M+ : 27.3k in hand
