Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by selling HDFC Life insurance products through direct sales channels.
  • Field Sales: Engage in field sales activities, including meeting potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with HDFC Life's insurance products, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and sales processes.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field.

2. Proven sales track record, with a consistent achievement of sales targets.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships.

4. Strong product knowledge and understanding of insurance products and concepts.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
