Role Description

The Sales Manager will play a strategic, revenue-driving role, responsible for expanding MIiPA SMART's presence across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.

This is a consultative, project-based sales role, requiring deep engagement with architects, interior designers, developers, and premium clientele to deliver customised, high-value solutions combining technology and design.

The role demands a blend of business development, relationship management, and solution selling expertise, with direct visibility and collaboration with the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales across luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and project leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and consultants.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customised smart and architectural solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of experience in:

  1. Smart automation/home automation
  2. Architectural products/fenestration
  3. Interior or luxury building solutions
  • Strong experience in project-based B2B/B2C sales
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Strong network within the architect and interior designer community preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
  • Strong understanding of market trends and client requirements

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

Education
