Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager based in West Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include managing sales teams, preparing reports, performing market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions that align with their needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
  • Proficiency with CRM Tools, Sales Analytics, and Data Interpretation
  • Leadership and Team Management capabilities with a proven track record of guiding successful sales teams
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors to adapt strategies effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the domestic utensils / cookware market.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
