Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and building relationships with potential clients, and monitoring key market trends to ensure business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales operations, reviewing sales targets, providing customer support, and facilitating collaboration with internal teams such as marketing and product development to deliver superior customer value.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong knowledge of Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and Industry Trends
Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation
Experience in Team Leadership and Training
Familiarity with CRM software and Sales Reporting tools
Experience in the water treatment, filtration, or related industry is mandatory
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt to market dynamics
