Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Inside Sales (B2C)

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager Inside Sales to lead and drive our B2C sales team. This role involves managing a large team, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met through effective inside sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6070 inside sales executives.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective B2C inside sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Improve conversion rates across the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Proven experience in team handling (large teams preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-growth/startup environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
