Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales team, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include market research, identifying new business opportunities, setting sales goals, and monitoring team performance. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in setting and achieving sales targets
  • Effective leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners
  • Strategic planning, market analysis, and business development expertise
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting to track and analyze sales performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the textile or apparel industry is a plus
