Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Sales Manager - IT. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new leads, building and nurturing client relationships, preparing business proposals, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities also include coordinating with technical teams to understand client requirements, achieving targeted sales goals, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in IT IMS Sales, B2B Sales, and business development
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with skills in market research and competitor analysis
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients
  • Team management experience and a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in IT services and digital transformation domains is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
