Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive market creation for FPI product lines across all segments in India
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve regional sales objectives
  • Map territory and identify growth opportunities in steel, cement, glass, and automotive sectors
  • Define local go-to-market strategy based on regional process instruments market dynamics
  • Conduct strategic planning to build a robust business development pipeline
  • Identify potential customers and key decision makers; manage key accounts
  • Build strong relationships with new customers and secure rate contracts with existing clients
  • Conduct cold calls and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless business execution
  • Devise product promotion plans and special schemes as needed
  • Conduct market/segment-specific research and share insights with the sales team and channel partners
  • Represent Fluke at internal and external events and activities
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
