Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager, a fast-growing startup at the forefront of XR and digitalization solutions for industrial clients. The ideal candidate brings solid enterprise sales experience, strong exposure to solution-based selling, and a practical understanding of emerging technologies like XR, digital transformation tools, and Industry 4.0.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply your engineering insight to identify opportunities and pitch XR and digital technology solutions to enterprise clients across metal, mining, and manufacturing industries, building a strong and qualified sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, consultative discussions, and trust-based engagement.
- Understand client operational challenges and gap areas, and recommend relevant digital or AI-driven solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and strengthen retention and long-term engagement.
- Conduct in-depth market research to study competitors, analyze industry trends, and identify new business prospects.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, product demonstrations, and technical presentations that clearly communicate value and feasibility.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring a seamless transition to delivery teams.
- Collaborate with internal solution and project teams to ensure proper alignment on project scope, execution, and client satisfaction.
- Track and report sales performance, revenue growth, and pipeline health using CRM tools and structured forecasting.
- Be open to extensive travel for client meetings, plant visits, and participation in industry expos or conferences.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and MBA (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in software, technology, or industrial solutions.
- Good understanding of emerging technologies relevant to industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and direct client interactions.
