Role Summary

As aSr. Sales Manager, you will guide, mentor, and manage a results-driven team of real estate consultants. You will be responsible for leading all sales operations to hit aggressive targets while upholding Novo Spaces high standard of strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
  • Allocate qualified leads, monitor follow-ups, and ensure highest conversion quality
  • Run regular training on real estate knowledge, sales pitch, and negotiation
  • Support the team in closing high-value deals and handle escalations
  • Collaborate with developers on inventory, pricing, and project strategy
  • Track and report team KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline health

Qualifications

  • 36 years of real estate sales experience, with prior team-management exposure
  • Proven track record of closing sales and managing junior sales staff
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven decision making
  • Comfortable with weekend/site-visit work
