Job Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Sales Representatives to drive monthly targets
Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound sources
. Engage with Marketing for continuous feedback to better digital presence and lead generation
Ensure tracking and adherence of team's daily Input Metrics/KPIs
Work with Sales ops to ensure improved top of the funnel generation and sales processes
Design and improve the sales pitch with distinguished USPs
Strategize to strengthen the funnel to retention
Work with Product/CS teams to enhance client experience
. Initiatives to improve the overall acquisition journey
Requirement:
Min 5yrs experience in Inside Sales including 2yrs+ in team management
Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and calling solutions
Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights
Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive changes for SME clients
