Job Title Channel Sales Manager-UPS (must be from UPS industry)
Location-Gurgaon
Qualification -Graduate, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience- 510 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in power solutions/UPS/IT hardware/electrical equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development & Management
- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators).
- Build strong partner relationships to ensure loyalty and sustained business growth.
- Conduct regular partner reviews, ensuring alignment with sales targets and business objectives.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for UPS systems up to 120 KVA.
- Drive product penetration in SMB, Govt, and institutional segments through partners.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Partner Enablement & Training
- Conduct product training sessions, and joint customer visits with partners.
- Support partners with pricing, proposals, and technical clarifications.
- Ensure partners are equipped with marketing collateral, certifications, and incentive programs.
- Market Expansion
- Explore new geographies within Delhi-NCR for channel expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, roadshows, and partner events.
- Develop sector-specific strategies (IT, education, healthcare, government, retail).
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM updates.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
- Provide regular MIS reports to management on partner performance and market insights.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners across Delhi-NCR.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting
