Position: Sales Manager
Location: Delhi (travel required across assigned customer accounts and locations)
Reporting To: Sales Director / Business Head
Experience: 610 years in enterprise B2B technology sales, Experience selling one or more of: AI/ML solutions, cybersecurity services, cloud & infrastructure, automation, or digital transformation programs
Industry Exposure: Enterprise customers; exposure to BFSI, Manufacturing, Government, PSU, or Technology preferred
Deal Complexity: Experience handling RFPs, structured proposals, and medium-to-large deal cycles
Skills & Competencies
Sales & Business Skills: Enterprise solution selling, opportunity qualification, negotiation skills, pipeline management, value-based selling
Technical Understanding (Must-Have): Working knowledge of AI, cybersecurity, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data and automation solutions; ability to articulate business value
Leadership & Culture: Strong customer focus, execution-oriented mindset, ability to work across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by executing sales strategies across the company's AI, Security, Data, Automation, Infrastructure, and Digital Innovation offerings. This role focuses on enterprise selling, account development, pipeline management, and deal execution, working closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams.
The role requires hands-on experience in solution selling, managed services, and long sales cycles, with exposure to AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation offerings.
