Role Overview
The Sales Lead will drive corporate partnerships for Grow Billion Trees. The role involves leading the sales team, defining KRAs, managing performance, building enterprise-level relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Set KRAs, KPIs, monthly targets, and review mechanisms for the sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
- Build structured sales processes including lead qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Corporate Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, CSR Heads, Sustainability Heads, and Procurement teams.
- Create customized proposals, business cases, and cost models based on client needs.
- Lead high-value negotiations and close enterprise deals.
- Ensure sales commitments are aligned with operational capabilities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Own the sales pipeline, analytics, and reporting.
- Maintain performance dashboards and weekly MIS reports.
- Track team performance and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 48 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in sustainability, CSR, ESG, or impact sectors).
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing enterprise accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
