The Opportunity

Are you a master of the corporate hustle with a Rolodex that opens doors across Pune's biggest business hubs We are looking for a high-energy, Senior Corporate Sales Manager to bridge the gap between our premium event services and the city's corporate giants.

In this role, your office isn't just a desk, it's the boardrooms of Magarpatta, Hinjewadi, and Baner. You will be the face of our brand, driving revenue through strategic partnerships for large-scale corporate events, product launches, and experiential marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities

Field-First Sales: Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with HR Heads, Marketing Directors, and Procurement leads to pitch our end-to-end event management services.

Revenue Generation: Own the full sales cyclefrom lead generation and cold calling to high-stakes negotiations and final closing.

Strategic Pitching: Design and present tailored event concepts, including annual day celebrations, product launches, high-level conferences, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).

Market Penetration: Identify and tap into new industry segments within the Pune corporate ecosystem to expand our footprint.

Account Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, high retention, and quality referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 610 years of aggressive, proven sales experience, specifically within Event Management, Hospitality, or Media industries.

The Mandatory Asset: An active, existing network of corporate connections in Pune. We need a plug-and-play professional who can hit the ground running on Day 1.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the innate ability to command a room.

Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and the willingness to travel across Pune daily for client engagements.

Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred, though a stellar track record of sales success is our primary metric.
