Complete Sales Ownership.
Working with the team to identify the key accounts to be targeted, penetrating these accounts, and establishing excellent relationships with CXOs and other key stakeholders.
Work closely with Regional BDMs & Executives to nurture Leads.
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales opportunities.
Managing the entire deal Qualify to Close lifecycle
Experience selling to business/enterprise customers is must
Must be able to work with minimum/no supervision
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Converting quotes into sales, always focusing on customer retention and exceptional service
Investigate and resolve incoming customer complaints, escalating to appropriate channelsaccordingly.

Ideal Candidate
MBA or Engineering Graduate with mandatory sales skills
Experience in working with IT companies for EUROPE region
Experience in resource augmentation for EUROPE region
