Job Description

Grand Continent Hotels, a prominent player in the hospitality industry in India, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strong customer relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the hospitality sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize revenue streams.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver cohesive service offerings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Proven experience in sales management within the hospitality or related industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to analyze market data and derive actionable insights
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth understanding of the Indian hospitality market
  • Preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple regional markets in India
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques
