Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve revenue goals, build and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate sales agreements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, and analyzing market trends to refine goals and strategies. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales strategy, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing sales data
  • Ability to mentor and guide sales teams, manage team performance, and meet targets
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, along with adaptability
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in interior design or related industries is a plus
  • Passion for design and understanding of the interior design market are advantageous
