Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Interior Sales Manager. The Interior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing lead generation, developing and managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales initiatives, and managing key accounts. The role requires maintaining clear communication with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with the design and execution teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Interior Sales for both commercial and premium residential interiors, including the ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and convert potential customers into loyal clients.
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in interior design or related industries would be advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
