Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate/B2B Sales Manager at FF21. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for account management, lead generation, sales activities, client service, and sales operations in the community living space in Bangalore.

The role of the Corporate Sales Manager would encompass the following:

  • Create a healthy pipeline from existing networks, social platforms, calls and emails through contacts and cold calls
  • Define and execute a sales strategy to acquire customers for corporate bookings including companies, colleges, training institutes, etc
  • Identify key decision makers and establish relationships
  • Communicate keys USPs of the brand and create the right sales pitch
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closure
  • Arrange site visits to the properties and hold commercial discussions with decision maker
  • Responsible for revenue targets across through B2B channels and ensure occupancy levels
  • Work with senior management on revenue generation and pricing strategies
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of business.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Sales Skills
  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • Lead Generation and Sales Operations capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2-3 corporate sales experience
