Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and their families, promoting partner universities, and providing advisory support throughout the application and enrollment process. The role also involves team leadership, strategic planning, creating marketing initiatives to boost student enrollments, and reporting performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and close deals effectively
  • Proven team management and leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and build trust with diverse audiences
  • Marketing and promotional skills to develop and execute strategies to increase enrollments
  • Knowledge of international education programs, especially MBBS programs, is an advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram on a full-time basis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
