Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and managing relationships with clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies, providing product knowledge to clients, monitoring market trends, and preparing sales reports to evaluate performance and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • lead, coach, motivate the sales team
  • achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for patient consultations and surgery bookings
  • develop and execute sales strategies tailored to local demographics.
  • cultivate strong relationships with referral partners (clinics, optometrists, hospitals).
  • monitor and report performance metrics, funnel efficiency, and conversion rates.
  • deliver ongoing training to ensure your team excels in product knowledge, patient communication, and objection handling.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Effective team collaboration and leadership abilities
  • 1-2 years of experience as team leader
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends for actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales-related software
