Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing effective strategies to meet sales targets, and managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, providing personalized real estate consultation, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with developers to offer high-quality real estate opportunities. The candidate will also monitor market trends and coordinate with marketing teams to promote company projects effectively.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in achieving revenue targets and building client relationships.
  • Real estate knowledge, including an understanding of the local market, property management, and investment portfolio strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and coordinate the sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology for sales tracking and client management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; certification in real estate or sales is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is highly advantageous.
