Role Description

The Sales Manager (Real Estate) will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with marketing teams, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills to effectively guide and support the sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to foster positive client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of market trends, data analysis, and sales strategies is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in CRM software tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create reports and analyze sales performance.
  • Ability to meet targets, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees or industry certifications are a plus.
