Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager / Sales Frontend Support located in West Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and preparing and delivering sales presentations. The role also involves negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, conducting market research to identify trends, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize client solutions. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with Material Conveying Systems, preferably in Fuel and Ash Handling or Biomass Conveying Systems.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • A B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required; an MBA is an added advantage
