Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Closing Manager - DGM to lead and manage the end-to-end closing process for real estate projects, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate sales, legal requirements, and customer relations, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Attend site visits with clients, explain the project, analyze their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing: Follow up with site visit clients to generate revisits, nurture leads, and push for deal closures.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Negotiate sales terms and conditions, liaise with clients, and communicate updates and resolutions effectively.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and file all necessary documentation accurately and on time, including booking files and customer KYC documents, and submit them to CRM as per sales SOP.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies and SOPs.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain high closing efficiency, strong deal closure rates, and high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the sales or closing process.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated with current market trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate sales and closings.
  • Closing Process Oversight: Manage all aspects of the closing processfrom initial sales discussions to final documentation and handoverensuring sales are closed as per management-approved APR and SOP.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to drive successful deal closures.
  • Marketing Coordination: Provide valuable inputs to the marketing team and assist in coordination efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in real estate sales, closing, or related roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
