Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and preparing detailed sales reports. Additional responsibilities include providing consistent updates to higher management on market trends and sales performance to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven ability to develop sales strategies, achieve targets, and analyze market trends
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain client relationships and motivate team members
• Management and Leadership Skills: Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching a team
• Organizational and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
• Additional Skills: Experience in the education sector or similar industries is a plus
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred but not mandatory
