Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales teams to achieve targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include identifying new market opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing regular sales performance reports. The role requires collaborating with various departments to deliver excellent customer experiences and ensure continuous growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to devise and implement Sales Strategies and Team Leadership
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Marketing
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate members to achieve targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
