Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position located in Calicut and Ernakulam. The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing gold loan sales strategies, achieving business targets, and driving growth within their territory. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, identifying and developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves closely monitoring performance metrics and implementing initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management and achieving gold loan sales targets.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to drive and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical abilities to monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Experience in the financial services or banking sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
