Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 -3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 40K – 50K

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team to sell our OOH Advertising Media. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of sales experience in the advertising industry, with a strong understanding of promotional strategies, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for Airline, Airport, Outdoor (OOH), Transit, and Trade Media.
  • Generate business through direct clients and advertising agencies.
  • Present and sell advertising solutions across multiple media platforms.
  • Manage client meetings, negotiations, closures, and collections.
  • Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
  • Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare media plans, proposals, and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Knowledge of campaign execution and media operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales within the advertising and promotions industry.
