Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Market H1B, H1b transfers, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen consultants. This role requires strong sales acumen, negotiation, and along with an excellent understanding of IT skills sets and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and hiring managers
  • Identify contract job opportunities for bench consultants through job portals and vendor networks
  • Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and billing rates with vendors and clients
  • Use job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc. to identify requirements for Data Engineers, Data Scientist, AI/ML Engineers, etc
  • Track submissions, interviews, and placements

Required Skill

  • Strong experience in US IT Staffing / Bench Sales
  • Strong Tier-1 vendor network and database
  • Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD work authorization
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Shift- US - 6 PM to 3:30 AM

IT Skills & Qualification

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Bench Sales/Recruitment (US Staffing preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and consultant engagement
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful placemen
  • Good understanding of IT industry skills and technology
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment too
  • .Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client requirement
  • Prior experience in US Bench Sales Recruitment is mandatory
