Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves understanding market needs, collaborating with the design and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions, and contributing to the company's overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and contract negotiation
  • Proficiency in market research and the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with technical or infrastructure solutions, particularly in parking or related industries, is a plus
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or account management roles in Parking System is advantageous
