Role Description

The Sales Manager (B2B - SaaS/Software) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth, identifying new client opportunities within the B2B SaaS/Software sector, and fostering strong client relationships. The Sales Manager will drive lead generation and conversion, oversee the sales lifecycle, and collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and staying updated with industry trends to identify market opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or software with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and customer success strategies
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation, sales lifecycle processes, and proposal development
  • Ability to identify and leverage business opportunities using data-driven decision-making
  • Strong presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms highly beneficial
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements
