Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising a sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets. Daily duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, creating and implementing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends. The role also includes mentoring team members to enhance performance and developing training materials to support skill growth within the team.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and closing negotiations
  • Exceptional client relationship management, with proven ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strategic planning, market analysis, and forecasting skills
  • Team leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience managing sales teams effectively
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Understanding of the real estate or proptech industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • A results-driven and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
