Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and managing leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. They will oversee the sales team, develop strategies to drive business growth, prepare sales reports, and identify new market opportunities. The role also involves analyzing client needs and providing tailored solutions that align with the company's expertise in IT, OA, and AV system integration.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and establishing client relationships
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Sales Strategy Development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with IT, Office Automation, and Audio Video Integration solutions along with market trends
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis for sales reporting
- Ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in IT, AV, or technology solutions industries is a strong plus
