Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (Men/Women), located in Chennai or Bangalore in South, Mumbai in West, New Delhi in North and Kolkata in East. The Regional Sales Managers will oversee and manage sales operations within the region, drive sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market analysis, and establish relationships with key customers. The role includes supervising a sales team, preparing sales reports, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Self-starter.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in sales management or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify, hire, lead and motivate a sales team over time.
  • A degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed

  • 7.2 LPA plus variables.
