Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Cards SM (Sales Manager) located in Chennai. The responsibilities of the SM include managing and expanding the commercial card portfolio, acquiring new clients, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, addressing client needs, and meeting sales targets. Regular engagement with customers and stakeholders to provide exceptional service and solutions will also be a key focus area.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven Sales experience and skills towards achieving targets and driving business growth
  • Experience in Purchasing and Account Management to manage transactions and maintain customer accounts
  • Excellent understanding of commercial card products and services is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
